How much retouching do you want or need on a Corporate Headshot?
The simple answer is just enough to tidy stray hairs and soften skin blemishes, but not too much that it makes the photo look unrealistic.
Some samples I have put up show :-
1st - the raw file with no work done.
2nd - small amount of retouching that is included in my standard image price.
3rd - the above, plus extra skin softening.
It is always the customers' choice as to how much, but I would always choose the 2nd option.
It looks natural and unless you look at the raw and retouched version together you won't notice any retouching.

My client was after a professional portrait but didn’t want it to be too structured, he was after a strong and natural look.
I decided on a single light source combined with existing office lighting and window background.
It took around 15 minutes to set up and another 15 minutes to photograph.
A great result all round.
